Mold Remediation – Assessors

“Mold assessment” means a process performed by a mold assessor that includes the physical sampling and detailed evaluation of data obtained from a building history and inspection to formulate an initial hypothesis about the origin, identity, location, and extent of amplification of mold growth of greater than 10 square feet.

“Mold assessor” means any person who performs or directly supervises a mold assessment.

Responsibilities: will provide the following services to the Client: (1) visually inspect the subject property to check for water damage and microbial contamination; (2) perform the following mold tests (including laboratory analysis):

and (3) provide a written report (if specified above) of Assessors visual inspection observations, explanation of laboratory test results (if any), and remediation recommendations, as required. The inspection and testing shall be performed in accordance with Standard Practices of the “Indoor Environmental Standards Organization” (IESO). All sampling materials will be read at Accredited Laboratories
